The thermometer features a 2 3/4" long, stainless steel stem and tapers to an FDA recommended 1.5mm tip. Because it's stepped, the tip responds to temperature in less than 6 seconds with a measurement that's accurate to + / - 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Its full temperature range spans from - 58 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, making it a highly versatile addition to your kitchen, bakery, coffee shop, or catering operation.

The thermometer is waterproof, and treated with BioCote antimicrobial protection to help ensure that your operation remains safe and sanitary. With an easy-to-read LCD display, the instrument is even intuitive to operate.
